Returns


We hope that you will be happy with your purchase from Western Soul®, however should you need to return an item you will need email us at info@westernsoul,net for a return authorization number.  Return authorizations cannot be issued over the phone and returns will NOT be accepted without authorization. Returns are accepted no more than 30 days from the date of delivery only. Items sent back with no return approval will be refused. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and in the same condition that you received it with original tags intact. No credit will be given for items with tags removed, items with animal hair, smelling of smoke or perfume.  It must also be in the original packaging with the required receipt or proof of purchase and drop the package off at the correct carrier within 3 business days with the carrier. Jewelry must be unopened.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)-Items with obvious signs of use, any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Handbags must be returned in an appropriate size box as to not cause damage to the item. Refunds will not be granted for damaged handbags. 

Shoes must be returned with the box they came in. Please do not tape your shipping label to the shoe box. It must be inside a shipping box. 

Swimwear is non-refundable for hygiene reasons unless the original hygiene strip is in fully intact. We cannot refund any swimwear that does not still have the strip in place. We politely request that you use underwear when trying on swimwear. You'll need to send back in the original packaging. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Any broken items must be reported immediately upon receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Refunds -Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Exchanges - If you need to exchange items, you'll need to send an email with your request to info@westernsoul.net. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You must pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We can provide a return label for a fee. 

Any promotional (free) items must also be sent back with your returns. 

Colors of some items may appear slightly different on different screens. This is not considered a defect. You will need to pay your own shipping back if you wish to return items for this reason.

 Payment processing fees on canceled orders will not be refunded.
